Our History
SEGMAX OIL NIGERIA LIMITED is a privately owned indigenous Company, focused on blending and producing 32 ranges of lubricating engine oil grade to the downstream sector of the industry in Nigeria and West Africa Region. We stick to the highest standards of professionalism and endeavor to exceed the expectations of our customers through integrity, honesty, imbibing very firm safety culture and quality service delivery. To us safety is not an act but part of our culture which ensures we deliver quality services safely. Segmax is incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a wholly owned Nigerian company.
We believe we are more personal in our approach to customers as this has help us to build a strong relationship with our customers; provide quality service to the customer, at a lower cost. The philosophy of the company is to provide quality services at a competitive market price. Segmax oil is a company with national and global standard in perspective and this forms our exemplar in service development. Our services are carried out according to national and International Standards and Specifications especially the regulations stipulated by the standard organization of Nigeria. Our Vision is to be a globally recognized oil service company offering quality services safely and timely. We have spread our tentacle from Nigeria to the republic of Benin, Cameroon, Ghana and other laboring African Countries. Our vision is to be global in all we do.
In addition, we are also aware of the sustainable and renewable development goals for the nation and we are putting strategies in place to achieve great records. For instance we ensure recyclability of our plastics and ensure their renewability.
BOARD AND MANAGEMENT TEAM
Segmax oil is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance in all its activities. It conducts its business with integrity and pays due regard to the legitimate interest of its stakeholders. He is a shrewd Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience when it comes to blending of lubricants. He is a well known philanthropist who has continued to make difference both home and abroad.

A holder of Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance who has over 15 years experience in industrial management and administration. She is also a well known philanthropist who has continued to make difference both home and abroad.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
This committee is essentially geared towards the application of the Nigerian Code of Best Practices to the structure and operations of the company with a view to ensuring compliance with internationally accepted guidelines, practices and norms of corporate conduct. The committee is also charged with studying diversity patterns in the work-force and developing ideas and solutions towards ensuring balanced and productive human resource base for the company as well as recommending methods for building and developing employee potentials in line with company policy.
